“PARIS IS ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA.” – AUDREY HEPBURN
I TOOK A RECENT TRIP TO PARIS, FRANCE. ON MY TRIP, I FOUND BEAUTIFUL INSPIRATION IN EVERY CORNER AND WANTED SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITHMY FOLLOWERS. SOME PLACE I VISITED WERE THE EIFFEL TOWER, THE SACRE- COEUR CHURCH, THE OPERA HOUSE, THE GALLERY LAFAYETTE, VERSAILLES AND NOTRE DAME.
ONE OF MY MOST INSPIRED LOCATION WAS LOCATION WAS THE OPERA HOUSE. COME TO FIND OUT, THE OPERA HOUSE WAS DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE WATCHING, ESPCIALLY THE GRAND STAIRCASE WHICH IS A BEAUTY. ON THAT NOTE, THE BELCONIES ARE SEVERAL STORIES HIGH AND OPEN. STANDING IN THE STAIRCASE IT LITERALLY BEG’S YOU TO GAZE DOWN AT HOUSE BELOW – OR ACROSS FROM YOU AND THE STAIRS THEMSELVES ARE REALLY SHALLOW. FUN FACT, THEY WERE DESIGNED TO PREVENT WOMEN FROM SHOWING THEIR ANKLES WHEN WALKING UP.
ANOTHER INSPIRING THE BASILICA OF SACRE-COEUR. IT IS LOCATED ON TOP OF THE MONTMARTRE HILL, ONE OF THE HIGHEST NATURAL POINTS IN PARIS. THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR, YOU CAN SEE THE CITY FROM THE FRONT OF THE CHURCH. THE FIND BEAUTIFUL PAINTINGS AND SCULPTURES (PICTURES ABOVE). ALSO, ONE OF THE LARGEST BELLS IN THE WORLS IS HOUSED AT THE SACRE-COEUR.
